GEMS order Form for ACME

*GEMS ORDER FORM* The GEMS order process has changed. The order form is now in a PDF "fill-in" format, and is no longer a shopping cart style. The form still calculates each item price times the quantity you select, and figures the total order including the discount, shipping cost and tax. The only difference is that you must print the filled-in form and mail it in. Use the form exactly like the old shopping cart (i.e. place your cursor in the column marked "Qnty" and the enter the number you want. The totals are on the second page along with a place to enter your name and shipping information and a label you can use to submit your order. If you wish to place an order, Click Here. One final note. If the form looks too small, use the enlarging tool (either a magnifying glass icon of a percentage) to increase the viewing area. Also note!
